Raul Brindis, much loved star of "El Show de Raul Brindis y Pepito", will be hosting his fifth annual "Juguetón 102.9" at San Felipe de Jesus Church with free food, music, entertainment and toys for less fortunate children and their families on Saturday, January 8, 12-5pm
Houston, TX -- Raul Brindis, star of Univision Radio’s KLTN Estereo Latino 102.9FM morning show, “El Show de Raul Brindis y Pepito” is once again looking forward to helping less fortunate children and their families celebrate the Three Wise Men tradition on Saturday January 8th from 12pm – 5pm at San Felipe de Jesus Church. The celebration will include the traditional sweet bread “La Rosca” from Panaderia Arandas chocolate milk, and toys for the children. Raul began “Jugueton 102.9” five years ago as a way to thank and give back to our community, and he has worked with Father Miguel Solarzano in this generous effort for each of the past five years. Raul’s sincerest desire is to provide at least one toy for as many children as possible who might not have received any toys for Christmas due to the less fortunate circumstances of their families. San Felipe de Jesus Church is located at 9700 Villita Street, Houston Texas 77013.
“Jugueton 102.9” will also feature music by Las Fenix, DJ Bull Dog, a Brincolin moonwalk, and additional children’s entertainment by La Muñequita y El Lobo. Raul will personally meet and greet everyone and sign autographs. And as if this were not enough, “Caraturky”, Ruby, “Platano” and the crew from “El Show de Raul Brindis y Pepito” will also be on hand signing autographs together with Chuy Robles and other KLTN talent, all joining in the traditional Three Wise Men celebration and sharing the holiday spirit of giving. Persons in need of toys for their children may contact KLTN Estereo Latino 102.9FM at (713) 407-5577. Raul gratefully extends a tremendous thank you to Carnicerias La Michoacana, Club Escapade 2001, Ok Corral, Rodeo Disco, Univision Channel 45, Telecentavos, and Super Nova Furniture, additional sponsors of “Jugueton 102.9”, for their kind and generous support.
